...is your soft-landing to the Lakeside area of Jalisco, Mexico. This experience is designed to give hands-on information to all Black women, and especially those over 55, who are ready to take a sojourn for themselves or who wish to explore the area for themselves and/or their families.

- 2 meals daily of authentic and varied Mexican and other diverse cuisine
- You will have the opportunity to spend time in Chapala, Chapala Jalisco and Ajijic, Chapala, Jalisco, two towns alongside Lake Chapala, Mexico's largest lake..
Your base will be the Memora Hotel , located on a hillside in Chapala, right outside the township of Chapala on the lower campus of the site. Chapala is 12 minutes away from the Magical town of Ajijic. You can read about Ajijic here:

- We will travel to one of the area's thermal spas that bring forth varying degrees of heated volcanic healing mineral spring water. Luxuriate for hours in a pool of fragrant flowers, immerse your body in the healing smoothness of an Avena bath, and experience the decadence of the gentle exfoliation of coffee on one's skin followed by fragrant floral and herbal vapors for the face and neck. No rushing through this experience...you will want to linger for a while!
- Enjoy a breathtaking, mountainside dinner at sunset overlooking Lake Chapala from one of the most spectacular vistas in the area. Allow yourself to be awestruck by the beauty of the starry environment as we dine by candlelight under a thatched palapa.

Registration is non-refundable after 3 business days. No refunds after the third business day of purchase. In case of cancellation, any payment received can be applied to a future retreat by Lakeside Wellness and Retreats to be scheduled within 6-12 months.
Airfare, travel to and from hosting venue, alcoholic beverages, transportation for personal sightseeing and personal excursions are not included in the fee.
