It is how we sharpen our clarity.  It's how we remember our worth: We gather not to escape—but to equip; to learn the technologies of rest that our foremothers practiced in secret: Stillness as resistance. Breath as boundary. Joy as defiance.

We rest not because the world is soft. We rest because we are sacred. And we deserve to meet this moment whole.

There is a soft power in the in-between. A quiet courage in choosing rest—even when the road ahead feels uncertain.
